I like this product, because it helps me with my blood sugar. I started on a popular drug M but could not forgo the side effects. I stopped it started the famous herb B and it was like taking M. I found this and at first it burned my stomach, but I started taking with meals as directed and i am good so far. However, I can only take 1 cap a day. It has 50 mgs of cinnamon and I'm scared of liver issues. Plus it makes my kidneys hurt if I take more a day. You have to adjust to you. Everyone is different.

Works awesome.

I take 2 caps before bed and my sugar is down the next morning. My blood sugar usually range from 128-160 every morning. Now with Gluco my sugar is ranging from 98-116. Happy consumer.
