Berberine (if you're not familiar) is a natural supplement that's been found to lower cholesterol without turning to statin drugs. I've been taking berberine for nearly a year (though not this brand until this week) and my cholesterol numbers have come down by 20 points. Berberine is fairly pricey, though, so I'm trying other, more affordable brands. This bottle holds 60 tablets at 600mg, roughly a 30 day supply. Cheaper than a lot of name-brand supplements, but not the lowest price out there. Based on the research, you should take only one tablet at a time (600mg here, twice a day) or your body just flushes out the extra if you take it all at once. Manufactured in an FDA approved facility for a US company (it doesn't say where it's produced or where the berberine originates). It appears to be good quality and I've had no digestive problems with it.

I've gone through a few brands and this is the one.

So far I love this product, no jitters, no issues, and I'll keep using it!
