I started these after hearing about the benefits of taking and I really have found it helps me, lol, not just me mentally deluding myself! Take one with or after a meal. I find that my energy is extended into the evening and also, hunger is reduced. Warning, do NOT take more than recommended, x1 daily. Berberine. Suggested for cardiovascular health.

I don't think it's helping me lose any weight but I do think it stabilizes my blood sugar so that I don't get hungry really fast. I used another more expensive brand, and this one was better. In fact, way better. The other one at the higher dose made me feel terrible.
