Adrenal Support

I was told this would be good for my cortisol from a friend. Giving it a shot.

I like the ingredients. Looks good

I'm working on my health and trying to get my energy back. So far it seems to be doing its part.

Four months of taking this and my energy is up. I plan to keep going with it.

I deal with adrenal problems, mainly fatigue and headaches. Supplements are tough to review because they don't affect everyone the same way and can take weeks or even months to show anything. Please talk to your doctor before adding this to your regimen. That said, my own experience is that my energy is up, though you should expect a few side effects early on.
